Actually he is not a criminal yet. We have this whole innocent until proven guilty thing to go through. So technically until he is convicted, he is still a legal gun owner. What I find ironic is that he is a white Christian American and being held on terrorist charges. I thought only the pagan musli …

@Tigermanialsu -- If Afghanistan taught you anything it would be that you can bomb a country back to the stone-age, but you still have to send in the Infantry to secure and mop up what the bombing did not address. Also, we cannot starve the NK army out of existance.

Scott, unfortunately there is no loaw or amendment to the constitution that says any laws enacted by congress applies to them. Just like congressional term limits, this will never happen because politicians see government as on giant money bag.

Well, since Romney is calling for the President's college transcripts, how about Mit pony up first and show us how it is done and release his first. If you want transparency in gorvernment it has to apply to both sides, not just one.

Actually the militray does give waivers for beards based on religious beliefs now. The Army gave a Rabbi a shaving waiver because of his religius beliefs not too long ago; within the last 3 to 4 years.
